Client Growth Specialist
Job description:
As a Client Growth Specialist, you’ll be responsible for connecting with local businesses within a given niche and territory, and following a proven consultative sales process.
We’re looking for somebody who will thrive in a startup environment, and has a genuine interest in helping local businesses.
You will need to be comfortable with technology including managing your activity and pipeline in our CRM, as well as speaking to and following up with a high volume of customers every day.
Our agency’s core services are Search Engine Optimization, Google Ads Management, and Website Development.
Dominant Digital is an official Google Partner company.
Who We’re Looking For:
- 1-3 Years of Sales experience
- Previous digital or agency sales experience a plus
- You’re a strategic thinker who can follow process while also getting creative and thinking outside the box
- You have fantastic communication and presentation skills
- You’re fast-paced yet detail-oriented and can multitask with ease
- You have an entrepreneurial mindset
- You aren’t afraid to ask questions but are resourceful enough to find the answers on your own
- You share ideas and are always looking for ways to improve
- You’re competitive and performance-driven
What Your Responsibilities Would Be:
- Contacting prospective clients through phone, email, and social channels
- Customizing and presenting brief Google Slides presentations
- Analyzing business websites for SEO opportunity
- Updating all activity in our CRM
- Meeting and strategizing with agency senior leadership
