SMS Terms of Service

Program description. Dominant Digital Agency LLC sends text messages to individuals who have opted in, for the purpose of responding to inquiries, confirming appointments and consultations, and providing account or service updates related to the services you have requested.

How to opt in. You may opt in by checking the SMS consent box on a form on our website, by texting us first at a number we publish for SMS, or by giving verbal consent during a call or consultation. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us.

Cost. We do not charge a fee for text messages. Message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier. You are responsible for any charges imposed by your carrier.

HELP. For assistance, reply HELP to any message, email support@dominantda.com, or call 720-728-0854.

STOP. You may cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send one final confirmation message, after which you will receive no further messages unless you opt in again.

Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, US Cellular, and others.
